Ingredients
  

  • 4 Thick slices day-old bread
  • 2 Large eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Double cream or coconut cream
  • Spray oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket with oil.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and cream.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated. Set aside.
  4. In another shallow bowl, mix the flour, desiccated coconut, sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Press each soaked slice into the crumb mixture, coating both sides well.
  6. Place coated slices into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with butter, maple syrup, or toppings of your choice.
